• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through your registered email or mobile number.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location, product availability, courier service, and other logistical factors.

• Metro & major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Certain products or promotional offers may qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Coverage

AREX Sports aims to deliver products across India. However, delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of your PIN code and the courier network available in your area.

If a particular PIN code is not serviceable, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

AREX Sports will not be responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of ordering.

8. Damaged Packages

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, we recommend documenting the condition with photographs or video and contacting AREX Sports as soon as possible.

9. Multiple Products in One Order

If an order contains multiple products, AREX Sports may ship them together or in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package dimensions, and logistics requirements.

You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

10. International Shipping

At present, AREX Sports ships within India only. International shipping is not currently available.
